According to Annual General Meeting’s resolution, PVFCCo announces the information of leaders (term 2013-2018) as follow:
1. Board of Directors and President & CEO:
AGM (25/4/2013) elected 5 members of BOD – term 2013-2018:
– Mr. Bui Minh Tien
– Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hien
– Mr. Cao Hoai Duong
– Mr. Nguyen Hong Vinh
– Mr. Dinh Quang Hoan
BOD had the first meeting to appoint as follow:
– Mr. Bui Minh Tien – Chairman
– Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hien – Vice Chairwoman
– Mr. Cao Hoai Duong – President & CEO of PVFCCo
2. Supervisory board:
AGM (25/4/2013) elected 3 members of Supervisory board – term 2013-2018:
– Mrs. Tran Thi Phuong Thao
– Mr. Le Vinh Van
– Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa
Supervisory board had the first meeting to appoint: Mrs. Tran Thi Phuong Thao – Chief Supervisor.
